Jill Bunny is a passionate and committed trainer, published fitness & cover model & #1 Ranked IFBB/CBBF Bikini Competitor Nationwide. Bunny is unique and personable, with a strong devotion to achieving both clients’ goals and her own. Her boundless energy, enthusiasm and passion for fitness are seen as both contagious and inspiring. With over 13 years of experience, working both in Europe and North America, Jill has acquired a broad range of fitness and nutritional knowledge to tackle and motivate all of her clients’ needs… and to make those dreams a reality. Jill Bunny ensures her clients transform themselves physically and mentally, the healthiest way possible, while enjoying the process along the way.

TASHA STAR

 
 
Tasha Star is a Canadian fitness model and bikini competitor, who’s also competed in high-level equestrian showjumping. Tasha lived a healthy and active life up-until her early 20’s. However, as she became more social in her early 20’s, she started drinking regularly – where she started making poor choices for her health.
 
This eventually lead her to gain weight, and slowly, Tasha felt the negative effects of living an unhealthy lifestyle. Deciding to turn things around, she hired a personal trainer when she was 26. This is when she fell in love with bodybuilding, and the fitness lifestyle.

Since then, she’s go one to become a well-known figurehead in the modeling and bikini world. Tasha now boasts a huge amount of followers online –  who look to her for support and guidance on their own fitness journeys.

“Don’t underestimate what you are capable of in and outside of the gym. All too often I hear people are too busy or they can’t find time to work out or do meal prep. I work 3 jobs and still manage to prep all of my meals and train 5 days a week (2 hours a day), so it is possible!
