We shall provide you these gourmet low carb meals with macros for each one so you can stay on track with your calorie content for the day. Ultimately, weight loss and the rate of weight loss will be determined by the number of calories needed to be on a caloric deficit which varies by individuals based on their caloric expenditure. These low carb double vegetable meals will contain between 8 – 15 g carbs per meal.
