These meals are low in sodium. The flavors change each delivery keeping interest in mind and new exciting flavors are introduced each delivery. Also the vegetables are always changing based on market availability and freshness. Some of the carbohydrates include(but not limited to) lentils, long grain brown, barley, sweet potatoes, cous cous etc. Some examples of proteins (but not limited to) are Siracha Turkey loaf, Baked Tomato Turkey loaf, Greek style Chicken Breast, Mustard honey chicken breast.
