I just recently signed up for this service as I have newly transitioned from Vegetarian to Vegan (Jan 1, 2022) and need some help transitioning with balanced vegan meals. I love the concept - - fresh food, prepared restaurant quality, ready to eat. I also love that their menu caters to such a variety of lifestyles - gourmet, athlete, vegan, keto, paleo, weight management - - makes for a great choice for multi resident households. I also love that they are local and focused on locally sourced, sustainable, fresh food ingredients. Out of all the meal prep services I’ve tried, Protein Chefs has by far been the best all around.

First, their customer service is amazing and they are very responsive.

Second, the food is actually great tasting! Other places I’ve tried have been less than flavourful… happy to report that I am always pleasantly surprised by how delicious my meals are.

As a fitness coach I recommend outsourcing whatever you can to help make sure you stay on track.
