Cancellation policy

we do consider every order processed/paid for before order cut off times. We cannot take the meals back or provide a refund in such scenario. Hence its important to manage the weekly subscription according to your needs.
For any refunds agreed, there will be a service charge of 2.99% on the total refund amount. If the order cut off is exceeded, and your order was taken into consideration by our team, we would not be able to refund for that order since we cannot cancel or refund an order after the order cut off has been exceeded.
